1. Identity Collection

By joining the Vaelor Waitlist, you voluntarily transmit the following data points to our secure enclave:
- **Designation** (Name)
- **Contact Frequency** (Email Address)
- **Role** (Individual/Therapist/Investor)

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is utilized solely for the purpose of establishing a connection when the Vaelor system becomes operational. We do not sell, barter, or expose your neural signature (personal data) to third-party entities unrelated to infrastructure provision.

3. Secure Storage

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases encrypted at rest. While we employ high-grade encryption for transport (TLS), no transmission vector is absolute. You acknowledge this inherent entropy.

4. The Right to Be Forgotten

You may request the complete erasure of your record from the Vaelor index at any time by transmitting a signal to privacy@vaelor.ai.
